Hong Kong Smart Mobility Chamber of Commerce Limited was formally established in 2026. It brings together companies and professionals across smart transport, new energy vehicles, autonomous driving, shared mobility and related sectors, with a particular focus on connecting the traditional taxi industry with emerging technologies.

Guided by the principle of “uniting intelligence and moving forward through innovation”, the Chamber promotes high-quality and sustainable development of Hong Kong’s smart mobility industry, acting as an important bridge between the sector, government and the public.

The Chamber supports taxi service digitalisation, new energy transport, smart meters, electronic payment and smart city transport frameworks, while also focusing on driver interests, passenger experience and the long-term competitiveness of Hong Kong’s transport ecosystem.
