Names, company or organization details, phone numbers, email addresses and enquiry content collected through website forms will only be used for membership enquiries, general contact, event or partnership enquiries and related Chamber follow-up.

Unless consent is given, required by law, or necessary for handling the relevant enquiry, the Chamber will not sell or transfer personal data to unrelated third parties.

Submitters may contact us by email at smc_chamber@yahoo.com to request access, correction or deletion of their personal data. The Chamber will follow up where reasonably practicable.

If the website later connects to third-party form, hosting or analytics services, the Chamber will update this statement appropriately and handle information in accordance with relevant Hong Kong personal data protection requirements.
